Common Questions
What is a mystery shirt?
Each drop cycle Summit & Hound releases a new curated design. Pack members receive one of those designs automatically, in a colorway exclusive to members — not available in the public store. You won't know exactly which design is coming, but every release meets the same premium standard as everything else we make. Occasionally, we may make a design exclusively for members.
What if I don't like the color or size?
When you join, you set your size preference. That size is what ships. Colorways are member-exclusive and part of the experience — we select them specifically for the membership release. Colors will be in one of our 8 standard use choices, but that shirt color / design combo will not be available to the public.
How often does a drop happen?
Every 6 to 8 weeks. You will receive an email notification before your shirt ships so you always know it's coming.
How does my membership fund service dog placement?
A majority portion of every membership goes directly to Northwest Elite Working Dogs to help reduce the cost of service dog training and placement. We publish regular updates on the dogs in training and the families they are placed with. Handler members receive personal placement notifications.
Can I cancel
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as you remain a member — if you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at the current rate, not the founding rate.
What is the founding member rate?
The founding rate is the price shown at the time you join. It is locked permanently for founding members. Future membership pricing will be higher. The founding rate closes when all 100 spots are filled.
Is this a nonprofit?
No. Summit & Hound is a premium apparel brand. The Pack is a membership program. A majority portion of membership revenue funds service dog work through our partnership with Northwest Elite Working Dogs. We are transparent about how those funds are used and provide regular updates to members.
